What is it?
UX Media offers an interesting insight into the world of web design and development, by giving businesses a chance to assess the progress of the agency they have employed.
A usability inspection is a quick test of your proposed new website design, before you've committed to signing off on it. We'll assess your agency's draft design against a set of standard usability heuristics to pinpoint flaws or obstacles to a great user experience. If necessary, we'll also carry out unbiased interviews with up to 3 target audience users, to check any part of the design we're not convinced about.
We'll then report back to you so that you can have an informed discussion with your agency about the direction of your website design.
How long does it take?
Time is of the essence when commissioning a usability inspection - the last thing we want to do is delay the design or development process. In fact, we want to speed it up!
We can turnaround a standard inspection within 3 days.
