What is it?

Benchmarking is a little like competitive analysis, without the competitors. It involves assessing the cost value, quality and performance of your website.

We compare your website against best practice models and standards and recommend pragmatic solutions to improving your online processes. We use a SWOT analysis approach:

  • Opportunities
  • Threats

How long does it take?

It's difficult to provide timescales on a benchmarking project, as it depends on the size of your business and how many of the processes you'd like us to assess.

As an example, it took us 10 days to evaluate the Intranet of a medium sized business looking to strengthen their online business processes before embarking on an expansion programme.
